Question: Should I buy a scratching post for cats?
My little cat lives inside and outside. It prefer outside in the morning and afternoon / night he likes to be inside. He is 9 weeks. Ive had the kitten male for a month. Should I buy a scraper or a bed. My kitten loves to climb so height is not a problem. The station has an enclosed sleeping area the bottom, middle inda scratch, and a rough surface flat on top. It seems confrotable super. My dad's going to sell it. Should I buy the scraper or a bed. This raises question because my dad cat has never used the scraper at all whatsoever. Do you think my cat will do the same thing. Thank you. 10 PTZ for the best answer ... Yeah I know that my father is cheap.
Answer: I would go with the scraper because especially when it becomes old Cats love to scratch actually sharpen their claws. Regarding a bed of cats i had when I had cats inside they have never really used their bed, they slept with me or on the back of the sofa they like the high places of sleep, they feel secure that way. More, Scratching on a corner to sleep up there if you really would be get two things rather than just a bed. Good luck with your lil kitten

Question: I have a mystery on their hands scratch?My cat Larry is a wonderful little scraper. He uses the post, I had as a champion and he rarely deviates. But Moe .. It's a little devil. I have not seen him scratching around ..... Where do you think it scratched? My bed, sofa and chairs are in tact, I really have no idea! I want to know where it scratches so I could get him a good position that corresponds to what likes to scratch, but I can not understand! Any help? Thank you!
Answer: Not All Cats tear everything apart when scratching. the grating is a excerzise stretching, removing dead parts of claws and mark territory. some cats do this with little damage. they never hide when they scratch if you do not see it, I guess it's either do it lightly on the furniture, or use the mail.
