Question: What is the best automatic self-cleaning cat litter box is available?
We have three big cats (18-24pounds) and am on the Search for a strong self-cleaning litter box so we do not litter the ball 4-5 times per day. Sue F. - my cats are just all-American cats. They were all accepted, I no idea what breed they are but they are not Maine Coons, they are just great! All 3 of them are high and long. CJ is 18 lbs, Oryan is 22 kg and Sam is 25 lbs. Needless to say, they are all on a diet, but its not working well. Previously, we had a Jack Russell Terrier and CJ have been greater than it was!
Answer: Wow, they are big cats ... They are Maine Coon cats? I have 4 cats in different sizes and a dog. I have a few Littermaid Self Boxing used before, but the engines have within a year or so spent, and they were not easy for a through cleaning ... You have to be done to reduce a "big clean" may be once a week or so, because even if you have a self-cleaning box, cats usually like to use a clean fresh smell and fresh Litter, and the dirty litter box smell may occur. The brand that I have now switched from Pet Mate Purrforma. I bought in a local pet store. It was in the vicinity to $ 180.00, but I found it worth every penny. If you are not sure where it is near the site of purchase www.petmate.com.and her phone 1-877-PETMATE. It is a closed pan, and as you probably all cats like their privacy when they know going to the toilet. They do not seem to need to understand that we humans sometimes our privacy, as can also ... ha, ha ... Just a thought! I found this product to be great, quieter than the others I tried, and so far has the motor to the other two brand survived. Good luck to you and enjoy the big kittys! They are positive they are not dogs ... right ?!??? My Pom is only 10 pounds, she would think that they are their big brothers and sisters ...
