Question: Certain toxic wood for animals?
I have a few scratches and natural-looking cat trees for my cats, with Wood, which we found on a property than to make clear for the construction. It has a strong smell of Christmas trees and I'm still trying to let the other two before my Cat identify children in their vicinity. Does anyone know any good sites for tree identification and also what types of bark / wood is poisonous? I got the ASPCA toxic Plant list, but saw tended predominantley house or garden plants and trees do not. Any help would be great ... Thank you!

Question: Some woods poisonous to cats?I want to do some cat scratchers natural looking for my cats and trees with wood that we found on the plot to be clear for construction. One is that the distinctive smell of the Christmas tree and I'm still trying to identify the other two before allowing my cat children near them. Does anyone know of any sites to identify trees and what kind of bark / wood is poisonous? I looked the ASPCA toxic plant list but tends to be predominantley house or garden plants, not trees. Any help would be great ... thanks!
