Answer: My TFT is best friends with our cat. They play with each other all the time.
If they are raised with them from puppyhood, they should be fine. Although TFT puppies are fragile so you may have to be cautious about the cat hurting the dog!

DIY cat toy project - Kitty whack-a-mouse! (Improved)
Question: What is your cats favorite toys and do you know of any cool homemade cat toys or treats?
I have 4 cats and they all love toys... and treats. I was wondering what some cool new toys and treats would be for them.
Answer: We made some kickable sized catnip toys for our cats.It's easy, you just need an old soft towel, cut the shape, we made fish shapes, stuff it with the rest of the towel with lots of dried catnip sprinkled in it.
Then sew the edges up really secure, no stitches poking out or gaps left lol
Our cats love them, they can grab them and have a really good kick and bite session.

Question: Drinkwell Original Pet Fountain Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain versus?
Does the Platinum version worth the extra money? Petsmart is also a good place to get them? Do they have good prices, taking into account all elses prices? I know my Petsmart has them, but I'm not sure how much they cost, and I'm not sure what everyone elses prices. Yes, I have only 1 cat. Stephanie CI have a bowl of water, my cat will not drink stagnant water. If You're not going to answer my question please do not answer at all.
Answer: I think it is because it holds so much more water. I feel more comfortable leaving my dogs for a few hours with him. I think it cost me $ 20 extra and that was to have cheap, do not worry about it. I had several dogs tho, if you only have, say, 1 cat or something, the original is in order and you can save $

Question: How easy is it to draw a cat from Brazil to France - what are the rules?
I'll go with my cat and do not know whether a pet relocation (business use, this seems expensive!) or whether it simply, do it myself would be - no help toll.
Answer: You may need to be the animal in quarantine for several months instead of the trauma that the animal, I tell you the animal moving companies.

Answer: First of all, please do not use water except in emergencies. It will rust your system and can not lubricate your water pump. Use good coolant increases your temperature protection, due to loss of traceability, dying, where the leak is, and most importantly, lubricates pump your water! If it is not in stock, you can order it online by searching on "manuals auto repair "on Yahoo search. In the front is a section on" Troubleshooting "that guides you step by step to find causes Most of the engine problems based on symptoms of the car. If you do the work yourself or not, it helps you make informed decisions and not be taken advantage of, and feel less "in the dark." Also, many people recommend autozone.com is free on textbooks row. Litter Kwitter - Cat Toilet Training System
Question: Your opinion on the most efficient system litter?I have 2 female cats. We currently use a litter box with a hood on it. It's just not keeping the smell contained. I clean it twice a day. What (in your experience) is the best system to control odors from litter? I must add ... I fed the cats IAMS. We went through something stinky loose stools when we got the first and found that we needed to eat something high quality. So this is not the BM that are fragrant. It's urine must be better content. Furthermore, we live in an apartment. So space is a concern and there is no "external" option for the litter. Ooooh, and we have tried using 2 litter boxes in the beginning, but they just ended up using only 1. Did I mention that I was the cleaning the area 2-3 times a day?
Answer: I have 2 cats, a boy and a girl, and have no problem litter with odor. Here's what I think contributes to my lack of stinkiness. 1. High quality foods not containing cereals (maize, wheat, etc.) and no byproducts. (Check the ingredients in the Iams - not as good as the price and with advertisements!) 2. A clumping litter good. I usually use new stage, but Tidy Cats Scoop Away and Arm & Hammer are pretty good too. 3. A covered receptacle lined to contain waste. I use the bucket of the litter is doubled in a medium vanilla scented bag (brand Ruff). 4. Excavation waste twice a day. 5. Hooded Litter. My cats also share a litter box and have never had an accident. Hope this helps.

Question: Fair rent for tenant/petsitter?
I am going away this summer, possibly September and October too. I want to rent my house at a subsidized rate to someone who would take care of my two cats. They are not demanding.
This house is in a university town where rents run high, and where rental space near the college is normally snapped up. This house is near the college, the bus line, and the shops - a convenient location. Normally it would rent for about $800.00 unfurnished, no utilities. It is 2-bedroom, 1 bath, furnished, plenty of storage space, big porch and garden and fenced back yard with lockable gate. Bath is old-fashioned with tub but no shower. Dishwasher, washer, dryer all present. AC system is robust. I'd leave the pantry stocked, and the tenant would be welcome to anything there. Cat care involves keeping litter box clean, changing litter every week, fresh food and water every day, occasional brushing, letting in and out, taking to vet if needed. Electricity would be included in rent. What would be fair?
Answer: While this seem a great deal for someone, you need to step back a min.. They have the responsibility of your house and cats. That is pretty high. You should feel lucky if you find someone that is responsible at all. If you are with a church, ask the pastor for a name,
FREE would be about right since they have to think about an open end term, and may not be able to readily able to find a place at the end of time.

Question: Is there a product like Battery or Solar Powered Pet Fountains?
I have the Platinum Drinkwell Fountain, but has an attachment electric cable for power. I was wondering if anyone knows of solar or battery power sources pets as I would put a cat in the pen where there are no points of energy electric. I had thought of solar water ornamental characteristics, but lack the capacity and water filtration system that sources have pets. Many thanks for the suggestions.

My Home Made Bio Filter
Question: Turning a source / filter for a container water garden?This is my first time trying something like this. I'm doing a 30-yard half-gallon of water per barrel, containing 2-3 goldfish, aquatic snails, and plants and adequate (hyacinth, anacharis, parrot feathers ...). I would like a source and filter, but the nearest outlet is 50 feet away. I'm trying to avoid the hassle of installing a cable from the UF, and considered as an alternative source of this solar-2.html http://www.siliconsolar.com/shop/catalog/Night--Day-Solar-Fountain-Pump-Kit-p I can not tell whether the fountain pump is also a filter, and will not running 24 / 7. I've been reading but have not been able to determine what level of filtration, is recommended for a container garden with fish. At least, maintain water from getting stagnant, which can discourage the growth of algae, and help oxygenate the water. If I were a major source of solar energy with 20% weekly changes water would be enough to deter the growth of algae and keep the ammonia / nitrite levels below?
Answer: from my experience one must have a pump going 24 / 7. This keeps the water flowing and if the pump has a built in filter that also keeps the water clean. occasionally may need to change the water and depending on how much sun your container pond is going to have some degree of water is green algae. snails help keep algae grow on the bottom and sides of clean, but a good filter is an advantage. Consult your local Earl May or where you're going to find the container pond. Sometimes, less is better when it comes to small container ponds as you want to do.

Question: How do I prevent my dog to stop tearing things, and throwing her food bowl when we feed it?
We changed her food 3-4 times during the last year, because she did not eat or throws his bowl. And she finds things everywhere, and if possible, it is going to bite or tear it apart! We are at the end of the roll!
Answer: Chewing: She does not know now that things are ok to chew on things that are not. 1. Supervise her when she walks into the house.
