Question: Frontline Plus and my cat?
Ok. I applied on the front line, plus my cat in the right pane. right when I applied, He started twitching his mouth and his body, drooling heavily, and runs entirely over the place. I thought he was just a few leaked because I used too low, so I washed them all, and he was perfectly normal. Then I applied myself more to an area where it does not really leak, and immediately he started twitching and being weird again. so I , washed, and he now seems well. He could not have leaked, because it right when met his skin, he started freaking out. I'm happy for my cat scared. Someone please tell me what happened. There is something in the front? If it is more seizure deals after this sort? I will not put on my cat, but hes sorry, really, really bad with these fleas. Someone help me out please.
Answer: One of my cats does this too. I think it is only a slight reaction to the medication. She seems just fine after about 10 minutes or so, but they do not run around wildly, as you describe about your cat. She drools and just sits in the corner until it is dried.

Question: Can Frontline Plus hurt a cat if it consumes?We put flea medicine on the back of the head of the cat. The cat licking and is now drooling all over the place. This medicine can be bad for the cat?
Answer: It should be administered at the base of the skull and a couple of inches down, because this is an area that cats can not get to wash. However, in the worst case will cause your cat to salivate, (already happening) so make sure you have plenty of fluids (water) to drink because he was dehydrated. If you have resolved most of the liquid (which is 0.5 ml) and then call the veterinarian to assure that no permanent damage has been done. PS It seems you have to administer another pipette!
