Answer: I do not see why would hurt. Worth a try. She might be afraid that at first, but must get used to it. If she does not get used to it, take it off of her. Many Chihuahuas are very fickle, and that is what we definitely do not want something to make it even more nervous. I have 3 small dogs and I have learned to see that they constantly I'm walking to avoid a collision with one of them.

Answer: If your cat can get the neck along his jaw and mouth, the neck is too loose. Try to push a bit and give your cat some time to comply with it. Hope this helps.
