Question: Help !!!!!!?
I have a pine tree about 3 stories high, 6 feet from my side deck and 12 meters from my house. We remain in a condo complex and they apparently have an expert say that the roots do not damage the foundation or basement. The roots proliferate not only to the basics but also black stuff and staining my deck and covered deck makes my sticky. What do I need to know is, can cause damage to these roots, because I do not think the apartment Specialists say union was out, and why my deck is going black. Thanks
Answer: The first thing I would do is You ask the club for a copy of the "experts report" to. Any reputable arborist / contractor had something to put in written form. If they do not copy, then I would be the name of the person (company) and make a phone call my own. I would be curious to guarantee as someone that the roots of any kind could not start a potential problem for a foundation could. I do not think a pine tree is also a concern as a pasture would be (actively seeking water sources and travel long distances). If you have noticed, a sign of water leakage in the area of the tree (in your basement if you have one), then votes something that the integrity of the foundation. Without that it will be difficult to see, but not impossible. As for the "Black Stuff" It's probably Juice, either blowing on your deck or covered by the activities of the various birds / animals. Not much you can do to stop it, save, remove the tree or putting up by a canopy. The black is more than likely just bark residues / contaminants, which are to comply with SAP. We had a house with the same situation (Kiefer and deck). For aesthetics, we just stained the deck with a darker color and apply a protective coat of stain. We still had to the deck, however, regularly clean, but at least that was the dropping of SAP not permanent stain.

Question: keep ferrets outside?
My ferret out soon and I am buying a shed 6'x4 '. Is to be large enough? Here is what I want in them and suggestions on what I may have or that are not safe for them to be fab =] many nesting boxes Hammock Cat Cat cupola dig scratcher box with dirt floors toy food bowl large bowl planter other a ferret lol =] light so I can go with them around the Clock Ferret heating for the winter lol fan attached, the upper corner for the summer big fluffy puppy litter bed tunnel large carboard tube (it's her favorite toy) their toy box (yes, they have built a toy-box =]) and my uncle a run at another they put the shed 6'x4 'branches for carrier ropes to climb a cat .... there is something else? Answer: Hi Kelly, It sounds like you build a palace o for your ferret:) I'm not sure what the weather is like where you live, but you should not need a heater for the winter or a fan for the summer ... they can cope. Make sure they only have plenty of fresh water in the summer months and to drink, they are in their nest box in winter shelter. Put a lot of straw in it for their comfort and should be in order. I feel safe, you are very careful to take from them.

WaiWai the Door Scratcher!
Question: Is this normal? for my kittys?ii have 2 two months of age and calico kittens i rescued from a house and have been healthy and well kittys to play as normal but now all they do is sleep the only time he gets up is to use the litter box and eat and drink that used to get up and sleep for a few hours play and sleep and never sleep again now sleep filled nights and days filled nights you wake up an hour a day now thought kittins love to play and be active? as is wrong? I have them all to sleep in my bed and toys have 30 games to food and water scraper of a tower for them lots of toys to play on one string huge room is left in the box of sand and wet food and water I have everything for them love to play all the time are very happy on Friday all they do is sleeping, I mean that was a wake on Friday to Sunday for only three hours what is wrong ??????? Answer: Lol yes, it is very very normal. I had a Tom cat and used to play and play a lot, but after a while you just sleep sleep sleep, dream eat, drink water, go poop and then again the dream was like wtf has gone wrong with him, but suddenly started coming out so the Nite slept alone all day. It is a practice normal for cats to be awake at Nite, and to do better in the darkness then the daylight also catch their prey at Nite only. So if a cat doing night shift, obviously, going to sleep all day lol, but it gets boring for us coz it was certainly more accustomed to playing with him or see him play. But I got used to it over time. When he started to chase the female cats beacem even worse then it used to be lol just go out after them, but always in the dream home was her top priority. R Newayz growth and perhaps his hormones are changing so it's definitely time. I just want to ask u Boxing ur VET will help. It's nothing to worry until you eat and drink properly.

Cat Furniture - Condo & Tree Assembly - Spoil My Kitty
Question: cat scratching problem?My boyfriend and I just adopted our cat years, Jed found a refuge. Before the adoption who had been living alone in the wild. He has been scratching a lot, and has torn my boyfriends very expensive sofa. I am completely against declawing, but my boyfriend getting very angry at both myself and Jed, and desperately need a solution to your coup before my boyfriend said that declawing is the only solution. He has a great kitty condo, he Cat scrapers nails regularly, however he is young and likes to run and everything just claw. We've also got a cover for the sofa, but their claws have scratched through it and ripped the leather on the sofa open. Their claws are long, I go to the vet to get cut? It's a bit too scandalous for me to do it myself, because they can bite. HELP ?!?!??!?!?
Answer: I am so happy that is against declawing. Yes, you need to learn how to get those claws cut yourself., Jed Take to the vet and the vet or the technology will show how to trim claws. It should be done about every ten to fourteen days for a cat that does not come out. Jed is only a year old, so it has much to learn yet. It's good that he is using the scratching posts and pads, but the fact that he is still scratching the furniture, shows that it has a enormous amount of energy to use up. I think you need to play with it more - you need lots of toys and more interactive games. A daily session not less than 30 minutes with you or your boyfriend really helps. Jed also can be a bit boring. Cats are not only athletes who need plenty of exercise, they are very smart predators and need something to interest them. Try to be one of those balls you put in kibble. Jed and roll the ball and whap ehome º ever get a piece of Kibble reward. You can configure the hole in the ball to make it harder or easier to get the kibble. The croquettes can be taken from your daily diet. You can make puzzles to keep you busy - toilet paper tubes and internal kitchen roll can be taped and unique pieces of croquettes can be put inside of them, they can be placed around your home, so they can find Jed, to achieve retention time of the pellets or you can put catnip or valerian (Grass) in them. Could remove the cardboard tubes, but that's a good thing, enjoy it! You may want to get a Feliway diffuser and Feliway spray. Some scratching behavior is marked Jed -0 aroma scent glands is between your toes. If using the spray Feliway in cat head height on all the things Jed scratch that is not allowed to zero, will think these things are already marked for him and not feel the need to mark their scent again. If your furniture is anywhere near the doors or windows (areas where cats are insecure because they are input the territory or area of threats) Feliway spray really help you feel secure. Answer: usually the last 30-20 minutes is when everyone starts bidding like crazy on an item. so if want to bid 10.00 to! if u win ull get it for 10.00 if someone else offering a higher price then usual u have to pay the 10.00 per what u really have nothing to lose. Also check with the vendors selling history and see what they had to say to that person ABT is always a good idea also so that way u know u can trust that person or not.
